TREE_LLION PROJECT

Planet Earth needs more trees

According to the World Economic Forum, one trillion trees will be needed to address the climatic problem.

The Tree_llion Project is Daterra’s initiative to contribute with the global goal by planting twenty million trees in Brazil until 2030.

Considering an average number of 2.500 trees per hectare, we will cover a 8.000 hectars area with native trees – that’s equivalent to 8.000 soccer fields.

SDG (Sustainable Development Goals)

Take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts
Conserve and sustainably use the oceans, seas and marine resources for sustainable development
Protect, restore and promote sustainable use of terrestrial ecosystems, sustainably manage forests, combat desertification, and halt and reverse land degradation and halt biodiversity loss

Action fronts

Growing twenty million trees is a lot for a single institution, but we believe we can do it with the right partnerships. The Tree_llion Project act on four front lines to gather allies:

Engaging Daterra’s contributors and partners

Signing partnerships with public administration

Sign partnerships with other companies

Engaging communities

Mount Rainier was born in Japan and has been popular for a long time. Its birth dates back to the early 1990s. Born from Morinaga Milk Industry in 1993, looks very fresh to people’s eyes due to its portable style and the fresh taste of cafe latte.

In this way, Mount Rainier has become a pioneer of chilled cup coffee, which is now familiar to us in our daily lives.
